Visa information:

Some of participants will need a visa before arriving to Nicaragua

See: http://www.learn4good.com/travel/nicaragua_visa.htm

If you are not on this list, check again one or two month before the meeting, or ask for information to the Nicaraguan embassy in your country, because the visa requirements may change.

Arrival to Nicaragua:

We recommend all participants to arrive on Saturday 29 November, particularly those whose flight will arrive late afternoon in Managua (because of the time to travel from the airport to the hotel). We will organize transportation from airport to hotel.

Booking room in Selva Negra:

To be able to attend specific needs let us know if you accept (or are interested) to be lodged in two o more bedrooms bungalow or chalets (in individual room) or if you prefer a one-bedroom bungalow (only 11 available). (please visit bungalow and chalet at http://www.selvanegra.com/en/Resort-Bungalows.html and http://www.selvanegra.com/en/Resort-Chalets.html

Tourism:

We recommend all participants who want to know a bit more of the real Nicaragua, including nice places to see or walk around, to stay at least 2 or 3 days more after the meeting, that means to leave Nicaragua on Monday 8 Dec.

A travel agency in Matagalpa www.matagalpatours.com will prepare for us a standard ISDB touristic package proposal for these days, leaving Matagalpa on Thursday 4 Dec. on the afternoon and bringing you next to the airport for your departure. Nevertheless matagalpatours will also attend specific touristic needs of participants for before or after the meeting. (contact person: Arien Roersma arien@matagalpatours.com)
